Yonkers Workforce Development Board (YWDB)__________________________________________________________________
The YWDB oversees the strategic planning and coordination of all workforce development programs funded through the Department of Labor's Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The YWDB oversees the Yonkers Employment Center, which provides One-Stop access to job seekers and local employers.
The YWDB connects employers and job seekers within the community. Its contribution to the development of a high quality workforce assists businesses to prosper and enhances the quality of life for all Yonkers residents.
