BUSTED: Working Yonkers Parent Chrline Hernandez Arrested For Leaving Two Boys In Parked SUV In Midtown

BUT YOU CAN DO IT GETTY SQUARE: Cops have arrested the parents of two young boys found left alone in a parked SUV in Midtown early Tuesday.

SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING:
A witness flagged down a passing NYPD patrol car on Seventh Ave. near W. 34th St. about 12:30 a.m. and said the children, ages 2 and 6, had been sitting alone in the back seat of a Mercedes SUV for nearly an hour.

THAT WAS EASY:
An NYPD Emergency Services Unit team was called in to pop the car’s lock.

Meanwhile, the kids’ 28-year-old mother Chrline Hernandez and 37-year-old Reggie Cooley, who is the father of the younger boy, returned to the vehicle.
They couple, who live in Yonkers, said they were working a cleaning job inside a nearby commercial building and admitted to leaving the children inside the SUV, police sources said.
Cops charged Hernandez and Cooley with acting in a manner injuries to a child. Their arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court was pending.
The children, who appeared to be in good health, were taken to Bellevue Hospital for observation.
The city’s Administration for Children’s Services has been informed of the incident and is investigating
