Depending on who you ask, Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino is the owner of a fancy Submariner Rolex that cost either $1,960 or $10,000.

Either way, Rob Astorino can’t wear the thing — it’s in the possession of federal investigators as part of their ongoing pay-to-play probe, sources tell The Post.

And either way, the watch is also now at the center of renewed campaign vitriol in the already close and heated race for County Executive.

“With this new information, Rob Astorino must resign,” the exec’s Democratic challenger, George Latimer​, said through a spokesman, responding Friday to a wealthy real estate developer’s recent sworn claim that he gave Astorino $8,000 toward its $10,000 pricetag — as a bribe....
