Democratic candidate for Westchester County executive George Latimer is accusing Republican incumbent #RobAstorino of being a part of a pay-for-play scheme.
State Sen. LGeorge Latimer says County Executive #RobAstorino gave out nearly $80 million in lucrative contracts to 13 New York-based firms that contributed to his previous campaigns.
George Latimer says he wants to know if some of those deals were struck in the soon-to-close County Economic Development office in Manhattan.
