A registered "sexually violent" offender convicted of having sexual contact with a 4-year-old girl he was babysitting has reported an address change in Westchester County.
The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert on Thursday to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 42-year-old Sidney Abdul, who has moved to an apartment on Bruce Avenue in Yonkers.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Abdul a Level 3 threat, which means he is a “high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety.” He has also been designated as a sexually violent offender.......
