YPD PRESS RELEASE: FRAUD ALERT *** USPS MAILBOXES REPORTED STOLEN IN YONKERS

The Yonkers Police Department and inspectors from the United States Postal Service are investigating several incidents of mailbox theft that occurred in the City of Yonkers during the overnight hours of December 2nd, 2017. USPS mailboxes were removed from the following locations:

- Roxbury Drive at Central Park Avenue

- North Broadway at Gateway Road

- Bellevue Avenue at Roberts Avenue

Residents who recently utilized these mailboxes are advised to monitor their bank and credit accounts for signs of unauthorized activity and identity theft.
