NEWS 12: Work begins on AvalonBay development in Yonkers
YONKERS - Developers broke ground Tuesday on a massive residential complex on Alexander Street in #Yonkers.
The five-story, 251-unit AvalonBay Yonkers facility includes a waterfront walk with views of the Hudson River.
Mayor Mike Spano says it's part of the revitalization of Westchester County's largest city.
