YONKERS: A registered offender convicted of raping a teenage girl has reported an address change in Westchester County.
The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert on Thursday to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 46-year-old #MauriceYarborough, who has reported a move from White Plains to Walnut Street in Yonkers.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Yarborough as a Level 3 threat, which means he is a “high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety.”
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Yarborough used coercion and threats to immediately and physically overpower his 15-year-old victim in 2002.....
