Yonkers Downtown Celebrates the Holidays with #Winterscape
The Yonkers Downtown/Waterfront Business Improvement District (BID) invites you to Winterscape, a series of activities ALL DAY.
This family-friendly celebration is the biggest event of the season for #Yonkers Downtown. Guests will enjoy live holiday music, entertainment and Christmas carolers.
Stop by #PhilipseManorHall to make a gingerbread house from 2-4pm. As always, Santa and all his friends will make an appearance in the downtown, with free toy giveaways and hot chocolate, while supplies last.
New this year to Winterscape is a snowball-throwing game, make your own holiday wreaths sponsored by the Urban Rangers of Groundwork Hudson Valley, and make your own buttons sponsored by the Riverfront Library.
A #PolarExpressParty will take place from 11:30 am to 1:45 pm at the Riverfront Library. Refreshments and gifts will be available for children attending, while supplies last.
