Crews with heavy equipment have recently been digging out foundations and leveling the ground in preparation for a mid-rise apartment building that will include more than 200 apartments and off-street parking.

The property's owner, 1219 Yonkers Ave LLC, hasn't filed an application with the Yonkers Planning Board that reveals details about the future apartment complex. 1219 Yonkers Ave LLC is controlled by the Titan Capital Group, according to Yonkers officials.
